Harvest Moon in Aries — The Courage to Be Seen

The full moon perfects at 10:48 PM this very night — the Harvest Moon, the full moon of gathering. Two weeks ago we planted in prepared soil. Now we harvest what has grown, and burn what we've been carrying invisibly. This ceremony includes Breath of Fire to wake the courage you've been keeping banked, EFT tapping to finally set the invisible load down, a warrior yoga flow, a guided inner-flame meditation, and a sound bowl savasana under nearly-full light.
